Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The images of the products on BUKAAH are that of the actual product. You will receive what you ordered.
Can I make a change to an order after I place it?
No. We recommend to contact the vendor directly as soon as possible to see if the store can make a correction. However, this is not guaranteed.
How can I return an item?
We do not handle item returns. Any requested returns must be made directly with the store. This is under the store's discretion.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes. Items that are "out of stock" are temporary. They will be restocked after several business days.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No. You are free to make an order as a guest. However, creating an account is always recommended, as it makes for a better shopping experience.
